General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) govern the online sale of editorial products offered by Edizioni Esav on the platform ecommerce.estetica.it (“the Site”).

By confirming an order, the customer accepts these GTC without reservation.

  1. Definitions
    • Customer: Refers to any individual or entity, acting as a professional, placing an order on the Site.
    • Supplier: Edizioni Esav, identified under the fiscal code and VAT number IT 05215180018, with its registered office at Via Cavour 50, Turin.
    • Order: A purchase proposal made by the Customer through the Site.
    • Order Confirmation: Email sent by the Supplier confirming the acceptance of the order.
    • Products: Editorial products offered for sale on the Site.
  2. Customer Registration To make purchases, the Customer must create an account by providing accurate information. The Customer is solely responsible for the data provided. Any inaccuracies could result in delays or cancellations of orders.
  3. Conclusion of the Contract The contract is concluded when the Supplier sends the Customer the Order Confirmation. The Supplier reserves the right to refuse an order for any legitimate reason.
  4. Prices and Shipping Fees Prices are indicated in Euros, including VAT. Shipping fees are added to the product prices at the time of the order. The Supplier reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  5. Payment Methods Payment can be made via credit card, Paypal, Satispay, bank check, or bank transfer. The products remain the property of the Supplier until full payment is made. In case of order refusal, the amount will be refunded within 30 days.
  6. Delivery Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times are indicative. In the event of force majeure, the Supplier cannot be held responsible for delays or non-deliveries.
  7. Receipt of Products The Customer must check the condition of the packages upon receipt. Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the Supplier. Claims must be made within 8 days of receiving the products.
  8. Protection of Personal Data The Customer’s data is processed in accordance with current legislation on personal data protection. It is used exclusively for order management.
  9. Suspension of Service The Supplier reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Site for maintenance or other legitimate reasons.
  10. Severability Clause If any provision of the GTC is deemed null or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain in effect.
  11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These GTC are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turin.

By confirming an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC in their entirety.

 

Payment and Invoicing

The customer selects the payment method from the available options, including:

Credit card
PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)
Bank transfer
Edizioni Esav will issue invoices electronically in accordance with applicable law.
